𐙚 When will I get my package? 

It will take 3-5 business days for your item to arrive after it’s shipping label is created, you can request rush shipping in checkout for an additional fee. You will receive a tracking number after completing your order! Check your shipping times and prices for outside the states before checkout.

 

𐙚 My package says delivered but I haven’t gotten anything, what should I do?  

(1) Ask your neighbors if they have seen your mail, most of the time it gets mixed up. I ship out everything in black, so that may help find it. If your neighbors didn't have your package, 

(2) ask your mail person directly if they remember scanning your package. It says delivered, so someone had to scan it in.  

(3) If you still can't find your package, then it is considered a lost/stolen package. You now need to contact USPS for support and file a lost/stolen package claim. This is now between you, the buyer and USPS.  

  

𐙚 Can I cancel my order?  

I will cancel and refund any order if I haven't shipped it yet, if you already got a notification that says shipped, it is too late. You need to private message me.  

  

𐙚 I don’t need/want my item, it’s unused, can I return or exchange it?  

We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges, I’m very sorry. When you ordered you agreed to our shop policies. Please order when you are ready <3   

  

𐙚 What if I get a damaged item in the mail?  

Message me explaining what happened, have photos ready and I'd love to help with the issue!
